Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends and U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Damages and Lost Packages

CG COLLECTIONS is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to us directly. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
